Job Description

Vize BPO is seeking a skilled and motivated IT & Dialer Administrator to manage dialer systems and IT infrastructure within our customer contact center. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Administer dialer systems and ensure compliance.
• Manage IT infrastructure and user support.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and enhance performance.

Requirements:

• Experience with dialer systems in a call center.
• Strong IT knowledge, including troubleshooting.
• Ability to commute to Rawalpindi.

Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
