Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic Zonal Manager responsible for managing, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating their designated zone for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all branches within the zone.
- Ensure availability of resources.
- Assist in recruitment and training.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance.
- Timely reporting to Head Office.
- Oversee parcel security.
- Verify operational expenses.
Job Specification:
- Graduation/14 years of education.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
