Job Description
Job Summary:
FutureVision360 LLC is seeking a skilled International Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle international calls promptly and professionally.
– Provide information about products/services, process orders, and resolve inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
