Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Zonal Manager responsible for managing and overseeing operations within your designated zone to achieve maximum efficiency. This position involves monitoring branch performance, ensuring resource availability, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing branch operations to enhance cost-effectiveness and delivery success.
- Assisting with staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Ensuring the safety and security of parcels throughout the delivery process.
- Maintaining accurate reporting for the Head Office.
Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and excellent communication and training skills.
