Job Description

Jalal Sons is seeking a dedicated Bakery and Deli Supervisor to manage our floor operations. Responsibilities include organizing daily tasks, supervising staff for optimal performance, and analyzing sales reports to guide purchasing decisions.

The successful candidate will monitor stock levels, manage returns, exchanges, and expiries, and maintain accurate purchase records. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction is crucial, as is handling customer complaints to uphold our store’s reputation.

Additionally, the supervisor will plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
