Job Description
Source Code Academia is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will promptly address queries from students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and online platforms. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, providing efficient support, and escalating unresolved issues.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communication or related field, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and fluency in Urdu and English.
