Job Description
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is looking for friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Agents to join our student services team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and current students, assisting with inquiries and guiding them through our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist with application procedures.
- Maintain records in our CRM.
- Follow up with students on concerns.
- Handle escalated issues professionally.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Experience in a call center is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00/month + Commission.
