Job Description
About the Role:
Jadeer is seeking an experienced Community Contract Compliance Review Lawyer to ensure all contracts, policies, and agreements adhere to laws and community standards, especially within regulated industries. This position involves analyzing legal risks and guiding contract alignment with regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Review contracts for compliance with community standards.
- Identify legal risks and propose mitigations.
- Monitor changes in laws and community standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Law; CCEP preferred.
- 5+ years in contract compliance, preferably in mining.
- Fluency in Canadian English required.
