Job Description
Join us at Digitech Outsourcing Solution, an INBOUND Customer Service Provider serving clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are seeking dedicated candidates with previous inbound CSR experience, preferably in a US or UK campaign.
Job Duties Include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
- Handling service inquiries and complaints
- Attending training and team meetings
- Collaborating with team members
- Flexibility with shift timings
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 – Rs. 80,00 + performance bonuses. Training is paid.
