Job Description
Optimus Limited (Hertz) is looking for a dedicated Male Operations Officer for our Islamabad office, reporting to the Manager of Operations.
Qualifications: Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Rent a Car Company, customer relations, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create rental agreements.
- Prepare cash receipts.
- Identify and resolve customer issues.
- Assign duties to chauffeurs and liaise between clients and chauffeurs.
- Confirm reservations via email, phone, or SMS.
- Coordinate bookings with the Operations department in other cities.
