Job Description
Q.S.A SURGICAL PVT Ltd is excited to announce an immediate opening for the position of Female HR Assistant.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Initial scrutiny of CVs and records.
- Filling requisitions in the database.
- Preparing documents required for recruitment and interviews.
- Overseeing existing files and ensuring the presence of missing documents.
- Preparing reports as needed.
- Supporting the HR Manager in administrative matters.
- Calling candidates for job interviews for vacant positions.
- Preparing notices, memos, and letters as required.
- Performing tasks assigned by management.
Education: BA in IT or BBA in HRM.
Experience: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years preferred.
Job Type: Full-time.
