Job Description
Auto Connect is urgently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our growing team. The successful candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities and closing deals with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily team meetings.
- Deliver trainings and sales demos.
- Design and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance and set sales targets.
- Train new team members.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Ability to manage 7 to 10 salespeople.
- Experience in closing deals.
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Salary: Rs75,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month + commissions.
