Positions Available: 3

Work Schedule: 8 hours a day, six days a week (This is NOT a remote job)

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer assistance and maintain satisfaction.
• Manage order processing and returns.
• Engage in live customer service chats.
• Utilize computer operations for interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Effective communication in English.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.
• Daily commute required.
• Bring your own laptop.
