Job Description
Join Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. as an HR Operations Officer. In this role, you’ll support HR initiatives, provide policy counseling, and manage probation cycles. Your responsibilities include compiling information for management, handling employee recognition programs, and organizing engagement activities.
Additionally, assist in disciplinary and grievance matters, and maintain attendance and leave management.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
