Job Description

We are looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team and deliver outstanding customer support. As an Avatar Agent, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback to enhance our products and services.

Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Requirements:

• Good English speaking and listening skills
• Laptop & good quality headset
• Reliable internet (10 to 12 mbps minimum)

• Proficient in computer use
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Strong listening and multitasking abilities
• Goal-oriented & motivated
• Willingness to work night shifts
