Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is currently hiring motivated individuals for the position of WFH Soundboard Agent. This is a night shift role where you will handle customer interactions and enhance engagement using our soundboard tools.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and listening English
- Must have a laptop and a good quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (10-12 Mbps minimum)
- Comfortable managing 600-800 calls daily
Desired Skills:
- Strong computer skills and multitasking abilities
- Goal-oriented with an emphasis on earning potential
