Job Description
We are excited to announce a full-time job opportunity for the position of Chat Support Agent at Halfur.
This role requires basic English proficiency and entails supporting customers with their inquiries and sales needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce new customers to our services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on purchases and inform clients of additional offerings.
- Maintain records and open customer accounts using MS Excel.
- Eligibility for sales bonuses after a one-month probation period.
Education & Experience:
- Basic English writing & speaking skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Facebook Messenger is a plus.
