Job Description

We’re seeking motivated and skilled Work From Home (WFH) Soundboard Agents for Crossnotch Firm to manage customer interactions and enhance engagement using soundboard tools. Candidates must possess strong English speaking and listening skills, a laptop, good quality headset, and a reliable internet connection (10 to 12 Mbps). You should be comfortable handling 600-800 calls daily and be proficient in Soundboard (Avatar) software.

This full-time position offers flexible working hours, a minimum of 160 hours per month, and competitive pay ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, along with performance bonuses.
