Job Description

A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The role includes:

• Managing inbound calls
• Providing answers to customer queries
• Addressing customer complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
• Age: 18 – 35 years
• Fluent in English
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center, preferably with UK-based companies
• Salary: Rs 45,00 including up to Rs 15,00 in incentives

Shifts: Rotational for males; morning only for females. Work from home available post-probation.
