Job Description
Zameen.com is looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Manager of Recovery and Customer Services in Multan. This position involves leading a team of Recovery/Relationship Officers to optimize installment recoveries and foster strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly cash flows for installment recoveries.
- Lead the documentation unit and collaborate with Sales.
- Ensure timely processing of Sale Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
- Work with Finance and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience with 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
