Job Description
International Industries is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor to oversee aftersales operations and ensure high customer satisfaction within our dealer network. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs, and maintaining accurate records.
We require candidates with a D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines, along with 4-5 years of relevant aftersales service experience. Strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits.
