Job Description

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to generate sales leads, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to sell products and build rapport.
• Handle customer objections and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Manage high call volumes, log interactions, and follow up with leads.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of telesales experience with proven results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
