Job Description
International Industries is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor to lead our aftersales operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing operations to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of activities.
Qualifications include a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines, with 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing industry. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-focused mindset, are essential.
We offer a market-competitive salary package of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits.
