Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English skills, and the ability to work night shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers through phone sales.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Update and maintain customer databases.
- Provide outstanding customer service and answer inquiries.
- Meet sales targets and follow company guidelines.
Qualifications:
