Job Description

International Industries is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor to oversee aftersales operations and ensure customer satisfaction within our dealer network. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot performance issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications include a Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical fields, along with 4–5 years of relevant aftersales service experience, preferably in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing industry.
