Job Description

Job Overview: As a Customer Support Executive at ibex., you will serve as a vital liaison between our customers and clients, addressing queries related to orders, service delivery, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chats, emails, and calls.
• Manage complaints and strive for resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
