Job Description

We are seeking motivated and skilled Work From Home (WFH) Soundboard Agents to manage customer interactions and boost engagement with our soundboard tools. Successful candidates will have strong English communication skills, a laptop, good quality headset, and a reliable internet connection (10 to 12 Mbps).

Ideal applicants should be proficient in computer use with at least 1 year of experience. You will handle 600-800 calls daily and work a minimum of 160 hours/month. Night shift availability is a plus.
