Job Description

Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team. As an SB Agent, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. You will gather customer feedback to help enhance our products and services.

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Requirements:

• Good English speaking and listening skills
• Laptop and good quality headset
• Reliable internet (10 to 12 Mbps minimum)

Pay: Rs5,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
