Job Description

Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality support to our customers, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and gather valuable feedback to enhance our products and services.

Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time (8.5 hours per day)

Requirements:

• Good English speaking and listening skills
• Laptop and a good-quality headset
• Strong internet connection (10 to 12 Mbps)
