Job Description
Company: Crossnotch Private Limited
We are seeking motivated and skilled WFH Soundboard Agents for night shifts to manage customer interactions using our soundboard tools. Candidates must have strong English skills, a laptop, a good quality headset, and stable internet (10-12 Mbps).
Successful agents will handle 600-800 calls daily and are expected to be proficient with computer use, possess excellent listening skills, and be goal-oriented. A commitment to working night shifts is required.
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
