Job Description
Royal Fans Industries is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy General Manager of Production to oversee and enhance our production operations. In this role, you will monitor and control all production activities to ensure we meet daily targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring timely and efficient production
- Managing production planning and control
- Conducting quality audits
- Supervising and motivating production teams
- Complying with workplace safety regulations
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of Rs125,00.00 to Rs200,00.00. A Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of production management experience are required. Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Gujrat.
