Job Description

A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls
• Providing customer inquiries
• Addressing customer complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
• Age Limit: 18 – 35
• Fluency in English is a must
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center environments, ideally with UK-based campaigns

Salary: Rs45,00 including incentives up to Rs15,00. Includes free medical insurance.

Shifts: Rotational shifts for males (morning, evening, night) and morning shifts for females. Work-from-home options available after probation.
