Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The role involves:
- Handling inbound calls
- Providing information and addressing customer queries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Fluent English communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in UK-based companies
Salary: Rs 45,00 (including incentives up to Rs 15,00)
Shifts: Rotational for males; day shift for females. Work from home available post-probation.
