Job Description

Durus Industries, a global leader in sports manufacturing, is looking for a dynamic Production Manager to lead and enhance our Soccer Manufacturing Department. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maximizing production efficiency, ensuring on-time delivery, upholding quality standards, implementing strategies for growth, and managing a dedicated team while maintaining a safe workplace.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years of experience in soccer ball production management, strong leadership skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
