Job Description

Xcentric Services is looking for a motivated Customer Engagement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients.

Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries via phone, provide information on policies, assist with documentation, resolve issues, and maintain CRM records.

Requirements: 1 year in customer service, strong communication skills, proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
