Job Description
At Prima Systems, we are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prompt chat and email responses to customers, documenting queries and solutions, and developing effective customer service strategies. A good service level must be maintained for customer satisfaction.
Job Specification: Candidates should possess intermediate or above qualifications, excellent communication skills (verbal & written), proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel), and a customer-centric attitude. Problem-solving and adaptability are essential.
Shift Timings: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM OR 6 PM to 3 AM.
Pay: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 55,00.00 per month.
