Job Description
Role Overview: As the Head of Engineering at Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd, you will guide the transition and expansion of our tech operations from London. We seek an innovative leader to build a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the engineering team through growth, develop a technical strategy, oversee the software development lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and architect scalable infrastructure.
Requirements: 8+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in leadership, with expertise in frontend (Typescript/React), backend (Node, Python), and DevOps.
