Job Description

Are you an experienced Dialer Support Engineer with expertise in Vicidial, Asterisk, and GoAuto Dial? Contactivity is seeking a dedicated professional to ensure seamless dialer operations and exceptional support for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for dialer systems.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement and configure systems based on client needs.

Requirements:

• Experience with Vicidial, Asterisk, and GoAuto Dial.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Note: Night shift position. Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
