Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited Islamabad is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls in Urdu and English
- Provide accurate product information
- Process orders, returns, and cancellations
- Maintain customer records and satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- Fluency in Urdu and English
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
