Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic HR Manager Plus Senior Technical IT Recruiter. In this role, you will manage the HR department and lead a team of technical recruiters.
Your responsibilities include creating a pool of potential candidates, sourcing candidates from various platforms, and conducting pre-screening calls. You will also interview candidates using structured methods and personalized approaches.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of technical recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of IT roles. A personal laptop and recruitment database are required.
