Job Description

Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide outstanding support by managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional experience. You will also collect customer feedback to help enhance our products and services.

Requirements: Experience with Avatar is preferred. Proficiency in English and the ability to manage 600-800 calls daily are essential. Must be comfortable with Soundboard (Avatar) software and possess basic computer skills. Night shifts required.
