Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Prima Systems as a Chat Support Executive! We are looking for dedicated individuals who can provide prompt chat and email responses to customers, document inquiries, develop customer service solutions, and maintain service levels.
Job Specifications:
- Intermediate level or above
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Shift Timing: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM OR 6 PM to 3 AM
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
