Job Description

Vivo Mobile Company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will handle mobile phone repairs, provide technical support, and assist management in enhancing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mobile phone repairs and contact customers.
• Review specialized materials related to mobile phones.
• Meet customer demands for products and services.
• Provide timely feedback on issues and track resolutions.
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers.
• Support the team in the absence of service consultants.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Director.
