Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess training needs at various levels of the program.
- Prepare, control, and track the training budget.
- Plan and develop a training calendar on a monthly and annual basis.
- Prepare Daily Attendance and Monthly Training Reports.
- Manage training materials, stationery, venue, and vehicle arrangements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BBA/MBA in HR.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
