Job Description
365 Care Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Handle daily Control Room Operations
- Respond to employee calls with accurate information
- Guide callers through troubleshooting and product usage
- Manage shift confirmation messages and update duty times
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management
- Take over calls when necessary
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
