Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited in Islamabad is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls effectively in Urdu and English.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Process orders, returns, and resolutions.
- Maintain customer records and meet satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Urdu and English.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
