Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least one year of experience in NICU.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and provide direct patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Advocate for patients’ needs and rights.
- Respond to medical emergencies and stabilize patients.
- Follow infection control protocols.
- Monitor patient safety and well-being.
- Provide mental health support and health promotion.
- Engage in professional development.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff as needed.
