Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan is seeking a motivated and responsible Assistant Manager for our retail store. The ideal candidate will assist the Retail Store Manager in day-to-day operations and in developing strategies to attract customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer service operations, including sales processes and payments.
- Supervise and motivate staff.
- Monitor retail costs, budgets, and resources.
- Track progress on store objectives and maintain inventory.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching.
- Assist with store closing and report creation.
