Job Description
Red Point Builders and Developers is seeking a dedicated Building Admin Officer to manage all aspects of building operations. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and cleaning schedules, engaging with residents and visitors, handling complaints, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
This full-time position offers a salary of Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent organizational abilities, and be proficient in MS Office and property management software.
