Job Description

A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls
• Providing customer inquiries
• Addressing customer complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
• Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
• Fluent in English
• 1-2 years experience in customer service, preferably in UK-based campaigns
